Eligible Professional Meaningful Use Table of Contents Core & Menu Set Measures

April 29, 2011 The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) listed the 25 meaningful use measures available for the 2011 Medicare EHR Incentive Program. It lists the 15 core measures that must be met and 10 additional measures from which participating eligible professionals must choose five measures. The participants report their use of electronic health records according to the criteria for the 20 measures. CMS will give participants who meet the meaningful use criteria an incentive payment.
