Health technology company Rethink First acquired Whil, a digital provider of mindfulness, stress resilience, mental well-being, and sustainable performance solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Rethink First provides behavioral and mental health technology. Rethink currently serves thousands of clients globally, including more than 25 of the Fortune 100 and many of the country’s largest public school systems and health plans. It provides clinically validated content in applied behavior analysis, social and emotional learning, and neurodiversity.
