California County Managed Care Transition To Local Plan: Letter Of Intent Instructions

On February 3, 2021, the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) notified counties and their corresponding Medicaid managed care plans that they must submit a letter of intent (LOI) to DHCS if they intend to operate a local Medicaid health plan.
