Colorado House Bill 11-1196 to Permit Flexibility in Funding Family Services
May 9, 2011 The legislation, signed into law on May 9, 2011, permits Colorado county departments of human services to use state funds to provide child abuse or neglect prevention services or post-placement services for children at-risk of involvement with the child welfare system.
