On February 17, 2021, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) released this report concluding that New York did not fully comply with Federal & state requirements for reporting & monitoring critical incidents involving Medicaid beneficiaries with developmental disabilities.
