Georgia Mental Health and Addictive Diseases Urgent Model Project: Draft Report
May 20, 2011 The Carter Center draft report aims to provide Georgia's local and state-level policy makers and stakeholders with tools and ideas for building and maintaining a strong community-based behavioral health infrastructure for all state residents. This report stemmed from a 2008 U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) legal action which found that Georgia failed to provide services in the most integrated setting appropriate to their needs.
