April 15, 2011 On April 15, 2011, the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) submitted a proposed administrative rule for changes to the Individual Options (IO) waiver services for review by the Ohio Joint Committee on Administrative Rule Review; the final rule will be released by mid-June 2011. This document includes revisions made on May 20. DODD has received approval from the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for amendments to the IO waiver to cover remote monitoring and awaits approval from the state.
