HealthHero In UK Acquires Qare, French Telehealth Provider Organization

HealthHero, a telehealth provider organization based in the United Kingdom (UK) acquired Qare, a French telehealth company. The acquisition will allow HealthHero to cover 22 million users. Financial terms were not disclosed. Olivier Thierry, chief executive officer (CEO) of Qare, will remain in that role and will join the senior management group of HealthHero.

Qare combines medical expertise with digital innovation and has aimed to improve the quality of health services for patients and practitioners since its launch in 2016.
