Meet The Retail Clinic Leadership: Where They Have Been & Where They Are Going
Retail Health care services are on the horizon and the companies who operate them continue to innovate, grow, and expand. Retail clinics appeal to consumer’s desire for convenience, are low cost and provide high quality services. While there were few retail clinics a decade ago, today there are more than 3,000 clinics in 44 states and Washington, D.C. More than 40 million consumer visits are done annually, mainly by nurse practitioners and physicians assistants in retail pharmacies, big box retailers, and larger supermarket chains with pharmacies.
In this executive web forum, we will interview the leadership of the Convenient Care Association, the national member organization for retail clinic operators, and learn more about their role moving forward. Executive attendees will learn about:
- Growth and innovation with new players in the marketplace like managed care and large hospital systems
- Major trends in health care relating to consumerism and how this can vary regionally
- How to create a seamless system of care by integrating health into all aspects of the retail shopping experience, including the use of data analytics.
