Modified 70% Funding Option Social Services RFP
June 23, 2011 On June 23, 2011, the City Council in Austin, Texas, approved a six-month delay for the citys first competitively bid social service contracts valued at $13.2 million annually following concerns that the award methodology gave some services greater weighting than others.
