New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services RFP to Develop a Clinical Intervention and Treatment Program For Older Adults At Risk Of Psychiatric Hospitalization
June 30, 2011 The New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) sought proposals for clinical consultation, assessment, treatment, and intervention services to older adults ages 55 and older who are at risk of psychiatric hospitalization and reside in nursing homes or contract DMHAS residential providers. Proposals were due August 12, 2011. The contract was awarded to Trinitas Medical Center for a program dubbed the Statewide Clinical Outreach Program for the Elderly (S-COPE).
