In one, Governor Browback noted that he had vetoed legislation that would maintain a prohibition against adding mental health drugs to a preferred drug list (PDL) for the state-funded MediKan program. The program serves 1,200 adults with disabilities who are unable to work, but not eligible for Medicaid or Supplemental Security Income.
