State Medicaid Director Letter: Financial Models to Support State Efforts to Integrate Care for Medicare-Medicaid Enrollees

July 8, 2011 In July 2011, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services released a letter to describe two new financial alignment models to state Medicaid directors. States were required to submit a letter of intent if they were interested in testing either or both of the models.
