Outer Cape Health Services Launches Intensive Day Program For Addiction Recovery

Outer Cape Health Services opened a new intensive day program for addiction recovery called the Structured Outpatient Addiction Program (SOAP). The program provides individual and group support for goal setting to achieve and maintain sobriety, pursue education and employment, secure stable housing and improve health and wellness.

Consumers can be referred to SOAP by a primary care or behavioral health professional, a community-based provider organization. Self-referrals are also accepted.
