Accord: An OPEN MINDS Organizational Profile

Founded in 1971, Accord is a non-profit organization that serves individuals living with serious and persistent developmental disabilities, as well as their families. Accord provides case management, day support services, supportive housing, family support services, employment services, home health services, and supported living assistance. Accord’s mission is “to help people live their greatest lives.” The organization is accredited by The Council on Quality and Leadership and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Accord also meets standards set by the Charities Review Council and is a member of the Minnesota Home Care Association.
