Founded in 1966, Aspire Indiana Health (Aspire) is a non-profit provider organization delivering fully integrated medical and behavioral health care, as well as recovery services and programs addressing social determinants of health, such as employment, housing, and legal aid services. Aspire primarily serves Central Indiana but has programs for infectious disease testing/support and disability work counseling that span much of the state.
