The WOS, developed by Chestnut Global Partners, is a nine-item scientifically- validated survey that evaulates the effectiveness of EAP interventions in five work-related dimensions: absenteeism, presenteeism, work engagement, life satisfaction, and workplace distress. The WOS is administered immediately before employee assistance services begin, at the completion of the intervention, and again at four to eight weeks after the intervention.
