Liberty Resources Acquires Three Pediatric Therapy & ABA Treatment Companies In New York & New Jersey

Since the fourth quarter of 2020, Liberty Resources Inc. has acquired three organizations in New York state that provide pediatric therapy and applied behavior analysis. The companies are: Valley Consultant Services in New York’s Hudson Valley; FOCUS Children's Therapy in Bergen County, New Jersey; and Island Therapies in Long Island, New York. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The programs are operated by Liberty POST LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Resources.  Liberty POST has been providing assessment, treatment, educational services, case management, and Early Intervention services to children and families across New York State for over 10 . . .
