September 1, 2011 In September 2011, the Nebraska Court Improvement Project in conjunction with the National Center on Substance Abuse and Child Welfare (NCSACW) released an in-depth study of 400 Nebraska child welfare cases as a result of its In Depth Technical Assistance (IDTA) effort.
