Founded in 1969, Lighthouse Youth & Family Services (LYFS) is a CARF-accredited non-profit offering an integrated system of care for children aged birth to 24. Services include mental health treatments, including same-day assessments, as well as youth housing, emergency shelter, community juvenile justice services, residential treatment, early intervention, and foster care and adoption. The mission of LYFS is "to empower young people and families to succeed through a continuum of care that promotes healing and growth." Its vision is "to be the leader in creating a community where every young person has the opportunity to thrive."
