LHC Group Finalizes Acquisition Of 47 Home Health, Hospice & Therapy Assets From HCA Healthcare & Brookdale Health Care Services

LHC Group finalized a previously announced acquisition of home health, hospice, and therapy assets from a joint venture formed by HCA Healthcare and Brookdale Health Care Services. The acquisition included 47 Brookdale Health Care Services locations. With this closing, LHC Group marks its initial entry into two new states – Minnesota and New Mexico – and expands its service areas in 20 states where the company already operates.
