With Performance Management, Timing Is Everything—Acting Before It Is Too Late
The past two years have brought significant challenges to the traditional business model of specialty health and human services providers. These challenges include reductions in services related to the pandemic, shifts in consumer preferences for how services are delivered, a new focus on hybrid service models – integrated and virtual, continued transition toward value-based contracting, and new competition from large, well-funded organizations. Many provider organizations have been able to sustain current operations with Paycheck Protection Program grants, but these grants have also masked real performance issues that may threaten future sustainability. Join OPEN MINDS Senior Associates Ken Carr and Ray Wolfe as they discuss how to identify financial performance issues that impact future sustainability and discuss strategies for addressing those financial performance vulnerabilities.
Executive attendees will learn:
- What metrics to consider when evaluating your organization
- How to identify financial performance issues
- Key strategies for addressing performance vulnerabilities
