State EHR Incentive Program Launch Times and HIT Websites

September 28, 2011 The federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) summarized launch dates for state Medicaid electronic health record (EHR) meaningful use incentive programs. Most are expected to be operational by the end of 2011, and CMS anticipates that all will be functioning by the spring of 2012.
