Michigan Medicaid State Plan Amendment To Expand Opioid Health Homes To Select Michigan Counties

This document is the approval issued on November 2, 2021, by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for a Medicaid state plan amendment submitted by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) to expand its Opioid Health Home (OHH) program. MDHHS sought to expand OHH to more counties, specifically those in Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) Regions 6, 7, and 10.
