MassHealth Managed Care Entity Bulletin 76: Behavioral Health Urgent Care Provider Organizations

The Massachusetts Medicaid program, MassHealth, released this bulletin to its managed care entities to inform them about how to add behavioral health urgent care provider organizations to their networks. Behavioral health urgent care is part of the state’s effort to reform the public behavioral health system to expand access to timely treatment. The instructions went into effect on January 1, 2022.
