WindRose Health Investors, LLC (WindRose), a New York-based health care private equity firm, has completed the recapitalization of Terrapin Pharmacy LLC (Terrapin), a leading specialized pharmacy offering high-touch, value-added distribution and medication adherence services and technology. Terrapin Pharmacy primarily serves consumers with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI), intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and addiction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
