Cigna Partners With Papa To Provide On-Demand Companionship & Assistance To Medicare Advantage Members In Nine States

Papa, a curated platform of companionship and support for older adults and other vulnerable populations, is collaborating with Cigna, extending Papa's on-demand companionship and life assistance unique care approach to 72,000 Cigna Medicare Advantage customers across nine states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington. In these states members of Cigna Medicare Advantage and MA Dual Special Needs Plans will be able to access Papa's social connection program.
