October 18, 2011 On October 17, 2011, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration released a funding opportunity announcement for the Affordable Care Act Family-to-Family Health Information Centers (F2F HICs) Program. Applications were due by December 16, 2011. On May 23, 2012, the grant awards were announced. There were 12 competitive awards; the rest were non-competitive continuation awards with an incumbent selected during fiscal year 2011. Each grantee will receive a one-year award of $95,700.
