October 18, 2011 The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors approved the Department of Health Services (DHS) recommendation to reduce reimbursements for the Physician Services for Indigents Program (PSIP). DHS is now able to reduce the reimbursement rate for outstanding fiscal year 2010-2011 claims from 18% of the official county fee schedule to 12%. October 18, 2011 The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors approved the Department of Health Services (DHS) recommendation to reduce reimbursements for the Physician Services for Indigents Program (PSIP).
