SimpleHealth Acquires Emme, Accelerating Its Digital Technology Innovation In Reproductive Health Care

SimpleHealth, which provides a digital platform for reproductive health care, acquired Emme, a health care technology company focused on women's health. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands SimpleHealth's birth control prescription delivery and telehealth services while addressing unmet needs in reproductive healthcare through a consumer-centered approach. Amanda French, co-founder and chief executive officer of Emme will join SimpleHealth as chief innovation officer.
