VillageMD Acquires Healthy Interactions, A Consumer Chronic Condition Adherence Platform

VillageMD acquired Healthy Interactions, a consumer education platform that helps consumers manage chronic conditions through interactive educational programming as part of a stronger relationship between the consumer and health care professional. Financial terms were not disclosed. Healthy Interactions offers virtual, in-person and hybrid sessions. By the end of 2022, the Healthy Interactions program will be available from Village Medical and Village Medical at Walgreens clinical professionals in 14 markets.
