Rhode Island Integrated Care Initiative: Combined First & Second Evaluation Report
On January 11, 2022, RTI International published this second evaluation report regarding the Rhode Island Integrated Care Initiative (ICI), a financial alignment initiative (FAI) for people dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. The report describes implementation of ICI demonstration and early analysis of the demonstration’s impacts, and qualitative findings for July 2016 through December 2019, with brief updates through March 2020. Quantitative results include baseline and demonstration data for January 2013 through December 2018.
