Massachusetts One Care Preliminary Fourth Evaluation Report

On September 15, 2021, RTI International published this preliminary fourth evaluation report of the Massachusetts One Care for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI). One Care is a financial alignment initiative (FAI) for people dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. This interim report describes implementation of the Massachusetts One Care demonstration and presents early analysis of the demonstration’s impacts. The report includes findings from qualitative data for calendar year 2018 with key updates through June 2019; it includes quantitative analysis results for October 2013 through December 2017.
