Telehealth Company Cerebral To Offer Opioid Use Disorder Treatment Program

Cerebral Inc., which provides online mental health services, launched a new virtual opioid use disorder treatment program. The program offers medication assisted treatment with FDA-approved medications plus behavioral counseling and/or therapy. The new service launched in Florida on March 8, 2022.

Cerebral plans to expand to additional states in coming months. To support the expansion, Cerebral is encouraging its provider network to gain federal credentials to prescribe buprenorphine.
