Dialyze Direct Completes Acquisition Of Compass Home Dialysis In Pennsylvania

Dialyze Direct, which provides home hemodialysis services in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), completed its previously announced acquisition of Compass Home Dialysis, a regional dialysis provider organization based in Pennsylvania. Financial terms were not disclosed. Compass Home Dialysis provides on-site dialysis services in nine SNFs, as well as an outpatient dialysis clinic.
