The big strategic question facing most executive teams in the behavioral health and human services field is—what comes next? For most organizations, the path to sustainability involves managing complexity. Consumers with multiple conditions and complex support needs. Many data sets for whole person care coordination. Multiple services in multiple states at scale.
Technology is the key to making complexity manageable – in service delivery and in reimbursement. This live webinar will focus on the digital infrastructure needed to manage services in the emerging whole person-focused, value-based, hybrid health and human services landscape. During the session, our panelists will discuss:
- The health and human services landscape – new service delivery expectations, changing reimbursement and more competition
- A technology checklist for managing an increasingly complex and competitive market
- Planning for expanded digital capabilities
