Help At Home Enters New York With Acquisition Of Two Home Care Organizations
Chicago, Illinois-based Help at Home, which provides home care services, entered the state of New York with its acquisition Edison Home Health Care and Preferred Home Care of New York. Both organizations share a majority owner. Financial terms were not disclosed. Together, the acquisitions add a combined 10,500 consumers and 12,000 employees to Help at Home’s current client and employee base.
