Genuine Health Group Acquires Florida-Based Accountable Care Medical Group

Genuine Health Group, LLC, acquired Accountable Care Medical Group (ACMG), a Florida-based physician group that operates accountable care organizations (ACOs). Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition was funded by a $160 million capital infusion in September 2021 from Crestline Investors. With that funding, Genuine Health Group also recently acquired Premier Care Associates and PreventiMed.
