Senior Living Health Provider Organization, EmpowerMe Wellness, Acquires Salus Physical Therapy

EmpowerMe Wellness, which provides health care services for senior living facilities in 20 states, acquired Salus Physical Therapy in Florida. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Salus is based in Tampa Florida. Since 2013, it has been providing outpatient physical therapy services. It currently serves 45 senior living communities in Florida.

EmpowerMe Wellness is based in St. Louis, Missouri. Since 2017 it has been providing tech-enabled, health care services for senior living facilities nationwide.
