November 17, 2011 The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is putting businesses on notice that they cannot disqualify job seekers with disabilities who lack a high school diploma due to their disability, but are otherwise qualified for the position. Instead, employers must look further to evaluate the skills of individuals who were unable to complete the requirements of high school diploma due to their disability.
