Rhode Island Medicaid Health Homes State Plan Amendment
On November 23, 2011, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approved Rhode Islands Medicaid plan amendment to implement health homes for adults over the age of 18 with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), including dual eligibles. Rhode Island is the second state to receive approval for health homes; Missouri was the first.
