New Hampshire Attorney General Response to USDOJ About State Mental Health System Compliance With ADA

December 6, 2011 On December 6, 2011, Michael A. Delaney, New Hampshire Attorney General, and Nicholas A. Toumpas, Commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, sent a letter to the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) Civil Rights Division claiming they believe their state's mental health system complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and provides services to people with mental illness in the most integrated setting appropriate to their needs.
