USDOJ Response to New Hampshire Attorney General About State Mental Health System Compliance With ADA

December 7, 2011 On December 10, 2011, the U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ) sent a response to the New Hampshire Attorney General claiming that New Hampshire's mental health system is still in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This letter comes in response to the New Hampshire Attorney General's letter to USDOJ claiming they are not in violation of the ADA. The debate has been a continuing battle between the two sides.
