Oregon House Bill 2086 of 2021, Relating To Individuals With Behavioral Health Disorders & Declaring An Emergency
The bill was signed on August 6, 2021. It directs the Oregon Health Authority to evaluate the behavioral health workforce and to establish a variety of programs to improve the performance of the behavioral health system. The bill also appropriates funding for the new programs. OHA will establish peer and community-driven programs that provide culturally specific and culturally responsive behavioral health services.
