Founded in 1966, Emergence Health Network (EHN) provides outpatient and housing services that include crisis care, substance use, children’s services, day habilitation, veteran’s care, and treatment and diversion services for justice-involved individuals in El Paso County, Texas. EHN operates more than 20 service locations throughout the region. In 2020, EHN served 19,344 clients. Their mission is, “to ensure superior recovery-based services for mental health, intellectual/developmental disability, and related conditions for the people of El Paso County.”
