New Hampshire DHHS Operations Assessment, Phase 1B Presentation

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) released the document in February 2021. The report is the second part of a broad assessment of DHHS operations to quantify the impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency (PHE), to identify program elements to increase operational efficiency, and improve the delivery of services during and after the PHE.
