U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announces the availability of funding for a contractor to analyze data from FDAÕs 2008 Health and Diet Survey and discerning trends in health beliefs and label usage. The survey collected data from consumers about their health beliefs, diet-disease familiarity, dietary supplement use and food label usage.
