Uwill, the mental health and wellness solution serving more than 4 million students at 500+ institutions worldwide, announced its acquisition of tbh, which provides support for students and young adults facing basic needs insecurity and mental health challenges. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition reflects the continued expansion of Uwill’s platform to provide holistic mental health support to students, the announcement stated. By integrating clinical counseling and crisis intervention with services that address basic needs such as food, housing, and transportation, Uwill seeks to help remove barriers that can impact student success.
