Heart To Heart Hospice Expands Oklahoma Presence With Oklahoma City Acquisition

Heart to Heart Hospice expanded its presence in Oklahoma through the acquisition of a hospice agency in Oklahoma City. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

This marks the organization’s second location in Oklahoma, following the opening of its Durant site in 2024.

The Oklahoma City location is now operational and serves consumers and families across Central Oklahoma.

Heart to Heart Hospice is a Texas-based hospice provider organization founded in 2003. It operates 65 locations across Indiana, Michigan, Oklahoma, and Texas, providing hospice services to individuals with life-limiting illnesses.
