Digital mental health platform NeuroFlow acquired Quartet Health, a value-based behavioral health care enablement company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this deal, NeuroFlow will continue supporting Quartet’s existing payer and provider organization customers. The acquisition expands where NeuroFlow is applying its AI-powered platform to scale integrated behavioral health.

Through this combination, NeuroFlow anticipates that Quartet’s Care Connections platform will add a large network of referral options enhancing care accessibility for NeuroFlow’s customers including payers, health systems, and the federal government.
